The MSc "Strategies of Developmental and Adolescent Health" organizes the institutionalized HACKATHON SELMA competition on an annual basis. In collaboration with the Ministry of Education, the initiative promotes the creative utilization of technology by students and youth.
The competition serves as a platform for innovation and active participation, through which students engage with contemporary social and environmental issues to develop evidence-based proposals via digital, collaborative, and artistic practices. Of particular significance is the fact that the winners present their proposals at the annual "State of the Art" Scientific Congress, integrating student innovation into a framework of academic discourse and scientific exchange. This process strengthens the link between secondary education and the university community, providing institutional recognition of the contribution of youth to the formulation of modern social intervention proposals.
